The Reading Mountain is the winner of the Hobsons Bay Business Excellence Award. As a new start-up business, we were recognised for our innovative and engaging reading products, level of detail and planning, our detailed style guide and our ability to recognise potential uptake opportunities around the world.

Four other deserving start-up businesses were shortlisted and recognised for their business excellence, namely: Favor and Grace,  Little GingerWilliamstown Roasters and  Snorkel Dive and Ski Safari.

A wonderful night was had by all business that attended the award night. A formal dinner was held at the historic Williamstown Hall, which made for a perfect civic event, celebrating the success and hard word of all concerned.  The Reading Mountain thanks the judges, (Rosemary Jacob, Business Development Manager, Australian Retailers’ Association) & Bruce Marshall (Coordinator, Economic Development and Tourism- Melton City Council) for their time and expertise.
